Ordering Questions
How Much Does It Cost?
Package pricing depends on the services you choose, the size of the property, and any additional features included. No matter the scope of the project, we provide the same exceptional quality on every shoot. For more details on our services and pricing, please reach out to our team.
How Far Ahead Do I Need to Book
We suggest scheduling your shoot at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. That said, we can accommodate last-minute bookings whenever our schedule permits.
Changing / Cancelling a Booking
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
Turnover Time
Our typical turnaround time for photos and videos is 24–48 hours. For more detailed services, such as 3D tours or virtual staging, please allow up to 72 hours for delivery.
How Do I Get Billed?
An invoice will be sent after your shoot is completed, with payment due within 7 days of receipt. We accept both credit card and bank transfer payments.
Production Questions
What if the Weather is Bad?
Based locally in Jacksonville, we monitor weather conditions closely before confirming any shoot. If the weather is not suitable, we will contact you to reschedule. If you have concerns about the forecast, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your scheduled shoot to discuss adjusting the date.
How Should I Prepare the Property?
We offer a pre-shoot checklist to help you get your property ready for the photoshoot. It includes tips such as decluttering, cleaning surfaces, and optimizing lighting. Proper preparation ensures your property looks its absolute best in every image.
What if the Property Owners are Home?
If property owners or tenants will be present during the shoot, please make sure they are aware of the scheduled time. We recommend keeping the space clean and as clear as possible, though our team can still accommodate people in the property if necessary.
Making Changes to Videos
We provide basic video editing upon request, including trimming and adjusting transitions. More advanced edits may incur additional fees.
